• Administers and monitors the bidding process to ensure complete RFPs to reduce future cost impacts.
• Assesses, monitors, and documents the construction process through our continuous presence on the construction site supplemented by creating a daily report with accompanying photographs, managing construction meetings and recording the entire construction project record through our construction project software.
• Conducts a thorough and comprehensive closeout process to ensure all project requirements and specifications are met.
