Monica Diacopoulos

Monica Diacopoulos has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SB Thomas since 2023. Her role includes creating and managing the strategies and programs affecting the entire employment life cycle as SB Thomas experiences exponential domestic and international growth.

Throughout her career, Monica has impacted dynamic or high-growth environments and has managed in times of crisis, dramatic change, or growth. Having C-suite and practical HR expertise in medical device, manufacturing, services, technology, and healthcare industries, Monica’s corporate experience, as well as in business consulting roles, has provided her with an exceptional track record spanning development, implementation, and delivery of HR strategies, workflow and efficiencies, as well as in leading highly competent teams.

Monica is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (BA, Business Communications) the University of California at Irvine (Certificate, HR) and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (MA, Industrial and Labor Relations), is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and has held many Board level positions in organizations throughout the east suburbs of Pittsburgh.

She is the mom of 2 sons and enjoys concerts, sports, weightlifting, pushing cattle on horseback on her partner’s Nevada ranch, and Constitutional causes. She currently lives in Arizona with frequent visits to Pittsburgh.
