Mary joined Sb Thomas as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2023. Her role encompasses managing the finances of the multi-faceted divisions and partnerships of SB Thomas both domestically and internationally.

Mary’s Career as a C-Suite Accounting Executive encompasses Controller and Chief Financial Officer roles across a wide spectrum of businesses throughout the country including public, private, and non-profit businesses. For 25 years, she owned and operated her own accounting advisory firm on the West Coast specializing in start-ups and small cap privately owned companies. She has successfully helped companies manage their business at any stage of their life cycle, including start up, growth and investment stages when seeking capital from Banking Institutions, and Venture Capital and Equity markets.

Mary is a graduate on Texas A&M University with a BS in Accounting and Finance, and she received her CPA designation working for a national accounting firm in Texas and California. She has lived in various parts of the country and currently resides in a suburb of Pittsburgh.

In her spare time, Mary is an avid reader and a travel enthusiast working through a long bucket list. She enjoys sports and the outdoors as well as spending time with her family and two dogs.
