Marianne Greene

Marianne has been part of the SB Thomas team for over twelve years. Marianne uses her years of project coordination and administration experience to organize and manage the various parts of a construction project to ensure its success.  This typically includes monitoring daily tasks and communication on assigned projects by ensuring file management in VPO (construction software) is properly followed, drafting correspondences, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, attending project meetings, issuing meeting minutes and ensure receipt of needed documentation and warranty items in support of contract close-out.  When applicable to a project, Marianne also provides grant administration services by understanding  the grant requirements and collecting required grant paperwork in a timely manner to ensure the Owner/Client stays in grant compliance.

Her time off is spent with husband, Patrick, and grown children.  She loves “everything” outdoors, refinishing furniture and  enjoys all Pittsburgh sports.
