Kathy Wright serves as a Project Manager for the Property/Facilities Condition Assessment Group at SB Thomas. Kathy orchestrates an array of pivotal asset management projects while leading a growing team of field assessors. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Kathy has garnered extensive expertise across multifaceted roles within the realm of asset management. Her professional journey encompasses tenures as a residential and commercial insurance inspector, team lead, blue ribbon call center supervisor, and residential manager.

Notably, Kathy boasts a background of five years in roles as an inspector, team lead, and managerial capacities within the National Catastrophe Team for a large Insurance Company. Since joining SB Thomas in 2017, she has exhibited her experience by successfully executing various Property Condition Assessments for Housing Authorities along the Eastern seaboard. Her contributions extended to composing engineering reports for property condition assessments, facility condition assessments, RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) energy audits, and green energy audits.

Kathy also manages a team that assesses residential homes across the United States.

Kathy’s early life journey traversed from the urban neighborhoods of Mt. Oliver in Pittsburgh to the tranquil expanse of Saxonburg. In 2015, Kathy embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Florida, savoring two years of coastal living before embracing a unique lifestyle aboard a 60-foot yacht alongside her husband, Chris Wright. Presently, they call a marina in SW Florida their full-time residence.
