Beth Ann Stauffer, has been with SB Thomas Associates, Inc. since its inception. She has worked side-by-side the company’s founder and president since that time and upholds the same level of attention to detail and quality standards for which SB Thomas Associates is known. Ms. Stauffer has 20 years of experience in government contract administration and has participated in projects ranging from demolition to rehab in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Stauffer is also experienced in grant writing, demolition applications, Physical needs assessment and RAD reports. Beth has 12 years of Construction Project Management experience. She has worked several years as an independent consultant and has managed countless construction projects for the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh. Beth is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Chinese Language.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
