Scott Muslin

Scott came to SB Thomas 5 years ago with 40 years of construction management experience which is as varied as nuclear power plants and bridges. Scott manages SB Thomas’s Heavy /Highway contracts and for the last 5 years has been as the Inspector In-Charge on our largest Heavy/Highway project. Scott has the unique ability through mentoring and motivation to elevate all around him to succeed beyond their own expectations. This extends not only to the people under his direct supervision but to his peers, contractor supervision and the labor force as well. Due to this Scott has developed a reputation of bringing projects in on time and within budget. Scott is a key member of our Strategic Planning Committee plotting SB Thomas’s path to the future. His off time is spent with wife Barbara and English Setter Kate at their cabin in northern Pennsylvania where they enjoy hunting and fishing. Scott has a son and daughter and two grandchildren with a third on the way.
