Andrew Rose

Andy joined SB Thomas in 2021 as a project manager for the building group.  He is responsible for overseeing construction projects for our clients and assuring that contractors adhere to the terms of the Owner’s contract.   This includes the coordination and completion of the scope of work, reviewing project activities, assessing quality of production, monitoring schedules, tracking costs, as well as evaluating Applications for Payment and Change Orders.

Andy holds a degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on structural design.  He has performed multiple roles working for general contractors throughout Pennsylvania and Colorado.   During this time, he gained experience in multiple construction markets, including commercial, government, residential, and higher education.  These projects consisted of new construction, renovations, tenant fit outs, historic buildings, and lab spaces.

Andy grew up in western PA and spent a large portion of professional career in the Pittsburgh area.  Most of his free time is spent on personal construction projects, including the renovation and management of rental apartments.
