SB Thomas Associates, Inc. provided construction management services on PPS’ Phillip Murray School Renovation project.  Construction on this $13 million renovation project began in early January 2016, involved 5 prime contractors (each with 12+ trades-people on-site everyday), and had to be completed in time for the start of the school year in August 2016.

The renovation work on this project included complete interior renovation (new ceilings, floors, paint, doors), revised classroom layouts, ADA upgrades, new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, LED lighting, new white TPO roof, a new CCTV and security system as well as many other upgrades & features.

The project was completed in-time for the 1st day of school on August 29th, had a limited amount of change orders, and all five prime contractors coordinated extremely well.
