In 2021, the Capital Roads program included paving, drainage, base repairs, and other safety improvements throughout the County and in 2022, the Capital Roads program includes paving, drainage, and base repairs along various roadways and a lateral support wall along Camp Meeting Road.
Project Role:
SB Thomas & Associates provides CM/CI services for ACDPW on the annual Capital Roads projects. We have staffed these projects with a Transportation Construction Manager (TCM) who is responsible to oversee four or five on-site inspectors. These inspectors conduct daily on-site inspections, complete daily inspection reports, provide photo documentation, calculate actual quantities of work completed, monitor the contractor’s progress, prepare monthly pay estimates, and review and respond to submittals and RFI among other functions.
