Our Firm:

Established in 2007, SB Thomas & Associates, Inc. (SBTA) is a certified woman-owned, disadvantaged business (WDBE) providing advisory construction management and cost estimating services to various organizations including higher education institutions, K-12 schools, public/government agencies, and public housing authorities across the country.  Since our inception, we have successfully completed construction management projects for Pittsburgh Public Schools, Allegheny County Housing Authority, Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh, are currently working as advisory construction manager on a new construction project with the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC), and are also currently providing CM/CI services to Allegheny County Department of Public Works.

Our Staff:

The SB Thomas & Associates team includes a multi-functional group of people who have prior experience working for a public/government agency, working as an estimator and project manager for a general contractor and large advisory construction management firm, and working as an Architect.  This is what we call our 360-degree approach as each of these points of view converge to provide a full-circle of construction management services from Concept to Close-Out.
